What is red light therapy?
Red light therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses low-level wavelengths of light to energize your cells and support your body’s natural healing processes. As you relax in our red light therapy bed, the soothing warmth works beneath the surface of the skin to promote rejuvenation from the inside out. This treatment is painless, calming, and requires no downtime—making it an easy addition to your regular wellness routine.
What are the benefits?
Supports collagen production for firmer, more radiant skin
Helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
Improves circulation and promotes faster muscle recovery
Eases joint stiffness and muscle tension
Encourages healthier skin tone and texture
Boosts overall relaxation and energy levels
How often should I do it?
For individuals seeking skin rejuvenation or anti-aging effects, using red light therapy 3 to 5 times per week for 15-20 minutes increments, is typically recommended for the first 4 to 6 weeks. Then, you can reduce the frequency to 1 to 3 times a week.
With consistent sessions, many clients notice healthier-looking skin, reduced soreness, and a renewed sense of well-being.
Experience a treatment that feels as restorative as it is effective— perfect on its own or as an add-on to your favorite spa treatment.

What is a massage candle?
A massage candle is a specialized, low-temperature candle made from skin-safe, nourishing waxes and oils that melt into a warm, hydrating oil for massages and moisturizing. It provides a soothing, aromatic, and deeply moisturizing experience without feeling sticky or waxy.
How does it work?
A massage candle may be used during your mani/pedi treatment and/or during a massage. Your massage therapist or manicurist lights the candle, allowing it to burn until a pool of warm oil forms. Then they blow out the flame, test the warmth, and pour the oil into their hands to start the massage. Don’t worry! The oil will not be hot.
Key Benefits & Features:
Deep moisturization: ingredients like shea butter, jojoba, and vitamin E leave skin soft and hydrated
Warm application: the melted oil provides a soothing, warm sensation that relaxes muscles
Aromatherapy: the candles create a relaxing atmosphere, often scented with calming oils like lavender or chamomile
Increases massage effectiveness: stimulates blood circulation, reduces muscle spasms and leaves your skin feeling soft and supple
Ingredients: shea butter, cinnamon bark, vitamin E, coconut oil, coconut wax, soy wax, and essential oils
